The MCS 5-Bolt 110 Alloy Spider is a great option for getting power from the cranks to the ground and propelling you to the front of the competition.
For 1-Piece cranks. The spider has a 23.8mm bore hole that fits 1-piece cranks as-is, or 19mm cranks with 23.8mm to 19mm adapter (sold separately)
