"Produced using era-correct original products and technical specifications, the Redline 48 spoke wheelset is as strong as it is beautiful. This high-flange design and 48-spoke build deliver the exceptional and desirable blend of lightness and strength. The introduction of the 48-spoke wheelset in the mid-1980s essentially ended the reign of the BMX mag wheel, as pro freestyle riders turned away from the heavier injection-moulded wheels and embraced the sleek 48-spoke alternatives for their high-performance advantages."
