S & M - Mid School Guard Front Sprocket

This sprocket first appeared in S&Ms 2005 catalogue as the ‘Bashguard Sprocket’ available in 33t, and then simply as ‘Guard Sprocket’ in the 2006 catalogue when it began being offered in 25, 28, 30, 33, 36 and 39t. Fast forward to June 2024 when S&M Pro Aryei Levenson started riding a used 33t he got from Shad at Goods BMX and single-handedly created the demand that led to this slightly updated re-issue.


On this current version, they have widened the crank clearance cuts a little, updated the teeth to a modern profile, and offset the teeth for better chain alignment. They also added more engraving and released three additional colours, including a matte purple to match Aryei’s signature frame. And of course, still made themselves in the good ol’ US of A.
